RCS questions
What’s the difference between RCS and SMS?
SMS is plain text from a number. RCS shows your brand name and logo, and adds images, carousels and buttons, so it looks and works more like an app.
Which phones get RCS?
Most modern Android phones and iPhones on iOS 18 or later, where the mobile network supports it. Phones that can’t receive RCS get a normal SMS instead.
How long does setup take?
Usually a few weeks. Your brand has to be verified and approved by the mobile networks before you can send. We handle the whole process.
Can messages be personalised?
Yes. Use names, past orders or locations to tailor every message, just like SMS but richer.
How do I know it’s working?
